I had my sewer line back up in my home shortly after purchasing it. I called some of the bigger companies in the area and they came out and tried to Hydro jet the line multiple times. I was still getting backed up and then I started getting advice from them that the entire line in my basement needed to be torn up. The bids to do so were tens of thousands of dollars and I felt like I was getting taken advantage of. I reached out to Millcreek Plumbing and sent them some videos from the other companies, and Jared immediately called me and told me not to dig out the line and to let them come give their opinion first. Long story short they properly cleaned my line and installed two-way clean outs. They also ended up lining part of my line on the outside of the home. It was a much better experience. The pricing was fair and their pipe guy Tony was absolutely amazing and did a magnificent job. Jared was straight up with us and I would highly recommend them. Had I not called them I would have spent a lot of money on unnecessary work.

Jared from Millcreek Plumbing was very easy to work with throughout the entire process.As a new homeowner, this was my first major plumbing project, and Jared provided a thorough, easy-to-understand explanation of the work involved. On the day of the job, Jared and his entire crew were professional and treated my property with great care. They even took the time to carefully restore my grass and mulch back to its original condition after digging underneath it to access the water main.Millcreek Plumbing will definitely be my first call the next time I need any plumbing work done.

Millcreek's bid was less than half of the other company and they were honest & communicative about the whole process. The plumber that you sent out was a professional. After identifying the problem with our water heater. He explained everything that he would do. He then talked about the maintenance that I could do to prolong the life of the heater.
