The 2 owners, Dan and Jordan are fantastic. They and their team do great work. We recently bought an old home built in 1895 (I kid you not) and the original clay part of the sewer pipe had multiple cracks and root balls almost blocking it. Rather than replacing the old pipe that would have required major excavation, we chose to go with Millcreek to have the 110 feet of the sewer pipe lined with this new technology of an inner polymeric liner. Millcreek has invested in this type of equipment to coat and insert the liner so they do not use a 3rd party company to do it. Their pricing for the liner job was very competitive and better than other plumbing companies. They opened an access in the driveway where the galvanized pipe met the clay part of the pipe near the house, accessed the pipe, did the inner lining (was cool to watch). When done, they put a cleanout valve, put a cover on which one can drive and re-poured the concrete around the cover. They left the job site impeccable and made sure the concrete was brushed to match the rest of the driveway. If you have a sewer line with cracks, do not wait to be completely broken and call them so they can line it. Now I have used water and "stuff" flowing down a nice bluish-greenish conduit which has very smooth walls inside. Roots will not penetrate the liner and I am good for another 100 years! I highly recommend them.

I had a roof drain that started leaking. My roofer told me I needed to have a plumber fix it so I found Millcreek Plumbing. They put a plug in the drain while they tried to find a replacement for the drain. Unable to find a new one that fit (mine was over 50 years old) they refurbished the old one and completed the repair. A couple downpours later and no signs of any leaks.Thank you Millcreek

They did a scope on my sewer line. The price was appropriate and the plumber was professional.

A prior plumber, and I use the term loosely, did some re-piping for us replacing old galvanized iron pipe with pex. I wasn’t home when he finished the job and my wife paid him. He did a terrible job, used plastic fittings, didn’t support the pex properly and just overall did a crappy, cheap job. Then he wouldn’t come back to fix it. He quit taking my calls or replying to my texts then disappeared. Millcreek sent a real plumber who did a great job cleaning up the other guy’s mess and I can’t recommend them enough. They’re real pros.

We had an issue with our kitchen drain so I reached out for an estimate. They were able to work with me on getting someone to our house quickly, and he (Preston) did an excellent job! He fixed our kitchen drain quite quickly after giving me all the options of what they could do. Their pricing is upfront and transparent, and I was also able to get quotes on some other things that I need taken care of. Had a major basement drain that was plugged, and needed emergency help. Called Millcreek Plumbing ( as I have used them before) they came up within 2 hours and flushed out the clog within an estimated hour. Or so. We have always received competent and timely service from Millcreek Plumbing. Recently we had an issue with our disposal - something was preventing the plate from rotating. Josh came and found that a coin had become jammed between the plate & disposal housing. Josh was able to extract the coin and resolved the issue.
