My stop waste valve broke to my sprinkler system.  I called Millcreek Plumbing that afternoon.  They came out and inspected it that evening.  The following day that had it fixed.  When I came home I was worried it hadn't been done as I was expecting to see my lawn torn up. Excellent communication and service.  Tony had the break in our sewer line pinpointed within 5 minutes of arriving.  Scoped the line and sure enough that was where the break was, under the concrete slab, ugh!  Continued scoping and found the line full of sludge also.  He didn’t have the right equipment to clean the line, so he came back the next day and cleaned the  line and found another break.  He gave us 2 remedies, jack hammer the slab or upon locating the sewer line  he said we could dig down by the edge of the slab cut the line to give him access to the sewer line and line the pipe with a sewer liner.  So that’s what we did.  Sewer Line is fixed, no leaks and we had NO demolition in the house.  Millcreek also credited the 2 previous visits towards or total bill. I've had them come out twice now.  Once to fix an issue with a sink and once to replace a water heater.  Both technicians were knowledgeable and went above and beyond, and also just super nice.  They gave me advice on how to make sure things stay working.  Prices are fair.  They are very responsive and both times have come out the next day to help with the issues.
